Over the past 10 years we have created around 750,000 ft2 of new office space, much needed in London's core West End, including the multiple award winning Quadrant 3 (AirW1 offices).


Work is complete on Block W4 (153-167 Regent Street), now known as 10 New Burlington Street. Development is progressing well on the adjacent Block W5 (south), which together comprise around 175,000 ft2. A further 75,000 ft2 will be delivered in the next phase of the Quadrant development when completed.
